First floor guest room at our Charlottesville area bed and breakfast.

Spa blue with chocolate accents this comfortable bed and breakfast room has a relaxing ambiance.  The oversized king bed is stacked with lots of pillows and luxury linens.  The leather day bed, can be made up as an additional twin bed.  It is the perfect spot to read a book, take an afternoon nap or watch a bird in the garden just out the window.

Rates:

$175 Monday - Thursday

$205 Friday - Sunday

This room has an antique claw tub with shower surround and private bath.    A flat screen TV  with cable is  mounted on the wall. This room is located on the first floor, just off the lobby.

Small Pets are only allowed in the Downstairs guests rooms and must be crated when left alone in the room.  We have a large crate available if needed.  We require that guests leave contact information in the event their dog causes a disturbance during their absence. Dogs should be on a leash or under control of the owner while on the property. We are happy to take your well behaved dog on a walk while you are out for the day.

Our rates are double occupancy.  We charge $25 per additional  person/child/dog per night.
