Rooms

All rates are double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for additional guests sharing the room.  The Magnolia and Library rooms are the best choice for families. A roll-away bed is available and will fit in most of the rooms.  If you are traveling with a group feel free to give us a call so that we can help you select the room that will best meet your needs.

Add 10% lodging tax to all rates.

We require a valid credit card to hold your reservation.  Cancellations with more than 10 days notice will not be charged.

No shows and Cancellations of less than 10 days will be charged the entire balance.  Cancellations should be confirmed by phone.  You will be sent a cancellation number via email.

Some dates including  UVA  graduation and special events may require prepayment and have a 30 days cancellation requirement.

We have a two night minimum of weekends during  peak season, April - November.   We do sometime have single night rooms available due to cancellations and other circumstances.
